Primebook 4G to be launch on March 11: Here are 5 details we know so far


Primebook has revealed the launch date of its new Primebook 4G laptop. The laptop is going to launch in India on March 11. Primebook claimed that it will be the first laptop which will operate on Android 11 operating system.

Along with the launch date, Primebook has also revealed the specifications of this budget laptop, let’s have a look at them.

Design and Display

Marketed as a student-friendly laptop, it carries an 11.6-inch LCD IPS display and weighs just 1.2kg which makes it quite easy to carry. It comes in a Royal Black colour option.

Performance

Primebook 4G operates on PrimeOS and proposes a user-friendly experience thanks to Android 11. It Is powered by the MediaTek Kompanio 500 chip. And as suggested by its name, the device offers 4G connectivity. Further, it is packed with 4GB of RAM. It comes in 64GB or 128GB storage variants which can be expanded up to 200GB.

Camera

The Primebook 4G also offers a 2MP Full HD camera for all the online meetings and calls. On the battery front, it has a 4000mAh battery that promises 10+ hours of battery life on a full charge. The keyboard and touchpad can also be customised by the users.

The laptop also provides access to various apps that are optimised for laptops and poses as a good learning laptop for students.

Features

Speaking of other features, on the security front, the laptop features an MDM protection. This will allow parents to filter the applications and allow them to make their device more child-friendly. They can use safe browsing, access history, put parental controls as well as put a usage limit.

Pricing and Availability

The 4GB+64GB variant of the Primebook 4G is priced at ₹16,990 and the 4GB+128GB variant is priced at ₹18,990.

However, as a launch offer the Primebook 4G 4GB+64GB variant will be available at a discounted price of ₹14,990 along with other offers and no cost EMI option.

The laptop will be available on Flipkart starting March 11, 2023.
